I have discovered that I love knitting! :D My mom gave me a Klutz™ Knitting Kit for my birthday in Dec... and I have been knitting things ever since! I think the hardest thing for me to learn was actually casting on. After learning that, and making a few "practice" pieces, I made a little pocket purse. =D Now I've made a cover for my Bible, some fingerless gloves/mitts, a scarf for my sisters doll, a dishcloth for my mom... Okay, you get the picture. :)

ReplyDeleteHi, Aria! I really need to go on this blog more. You probably won't see my reply, but after I learned to cast on properly and knit a few stitches, I was able to get the hang of it pretty quickly. It's different for everybody, though. Some people prefer to have a friend who knows how to knit help them, while I preferred to figure it out on my own (with the help of books, of course!). :)
